Pregnancy to Prams offers MUMS TO BE, NEW MUMS and MUMS & BUBS sessions.
New Mums: New Mums sessions are designed for mums with newborn babies. You work on strengthening your muscles including regular pelvic floor exercises. Babies can be left in the pram to sleep, placed on a mat or play gym to roll around or picked up and included in the workout, which is great fun for both of you. Your babies will always be in close proximity to you. Trainers and helpers can be seen rocking prams and putting dummies back in to help you get the most out of your workout. Playpens are provided too.
Mums & Bubs: This session is for mums ready to get into shape and lose that baby weight. There is a play pen set up for babies on the move and trainers will help with rocking prams and putting dummies back in to help you get the most out of your workout. Babies can be included in our exercises if needed also.
