  1. Mac & cheese

Mac & cheese is one of those dishes which we crave for no matter where we are and the recipe is so easy that even a child can make it. All you need to do is boil some macaroni and add lots of cheese to it, but if you are looking to add some flavours to it, then add some oregano on it or crush some hot Cheetos and sprinkle it on your mac & cheese. You can even add some BBQ sauce or chicken to it.

  • Quesadillas

Now this may sound fancy, but you are not going to believe how easy it is to make. Just take some tortillas, cut the veggies you like to eat, add some cheese to your tortillas and shove it inside an oven. Wait for a few minutes and then add some sour cream and beans to it and enjoy your quesadillas with a dip of salsa or guacamole.

Hummus is not actually a dish, but rather a dip which you eat with a bread, carrots or whatever vegetables you like. To make hummus, take some chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lime juice, ground cumin, olive oil, salt and cold water and mix it all together in a blender. Then serve it off by adding some olive oil or black olives on top and sprinkle it with some paprika or parsley.

  • Mozzarella sticks

To make some yummy mozzarella sticks, take a slice of mozzarella cheese and dip it into egg and then in some breadcrumb, repeat this twice to get a thicker consistency of your sticks. Put them in the freezer for half an hour and then deep fry it until it turns brown. You can enjoy your mozzarella sticks with a side of ketchup, marinara sauce or ranch.

  • Pepperoni pizza

The difficult part of this recipe is to make the dough, but luckily you can easily find a pizza dough in any store. Once you have purchased the dough, spread a layer of marinara sauce on top of it, sprinkle some cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it and then place your pepperonis on top. Pre heat your oven for a while and then place your pizza inside and your pizza is ready to be eaten.
